I’m a relatively new customer. Started coming here a year ago. I have always been extremely pleased with both the quality of work.
I love that they text me when the order is ready. Usually the clothes are ready a day or two BEFORE the scheduled due date written on the receipt.
They always acknowledge me in a friendly and familiar way.
I will continue to use them mostly for dry cleaning…and once in a while for alterations and laundry.
I don’t live in the neighborhood anymore so I hadn’t been to pico cleaners for about 20 years. I needed to had some pants shortened. So I went there. The people are nice and very courteous. And the tailoring is very good. I had my pants back within three days.

I love this company because of its service, which I never experienced it elsewhere. Imagine I used to drive about 5 minutes to drop off or pick up my closes. But even though I moved out far away, I feel very comfortable driving about 40 munutes to come and drop off or pick up my clothes. Believe me you're not going to regret if you use this company like I have done.
